The Combined Operations Series

Bill Harsker, from the British Ace Series is no longer a pilot but his son wishes to follow his example and serve his country. He volunteers for the infantry and endures the defeat in France and the escape from Dunkirk. Recognising his skills he is selected for the Army Commandoes and fights a different war from his father, raiding behind the enemy lines as Britain fights for her life and a free Europe.
