This book links with the Lord Edward’s Archer series in a way. Baron’s Crusade references the early Simon de Montfort and LEA’s King in Waiting shows the end of his life. This book is about one of the most successful crusades for it saw the recovery of Jerusalem and more land than the crusaders had held for many years but it proved to be a short-lived victory.
